Why is the third brakelight of my HCE-TCAM1-WRA illuminitaed at all time when installed with the X009-WRA?

Currently customers are experiencing the TCAM1-WRA brake light being illuminated at all times when installed with the X009-WRA. Please use the attached installation tech tip while we determin the cause and correct it.
